We kindly ask you to collect the auctioned items within 14 days after the auction or to instruct our shipping department to handle the transport. The transfer of the shipping costs (whether individually or together with the other auction costs) is considered a shipping order. Please notify us immediately of any different delivery addresses. All costs for transport, insurance and export, as well as the risk of loss and damage, are borne by the buyer. Please bear in mind that we are not a mail order company and that shipping is an extra service on our part. Our trained staff will carefully pack the items. In view of the hundreds of parcels packed after an auction, we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your auctioned items as quickly as possible through our logistics partners.
Depending on the object purchased, transport by shipping service provider MBE or a haulage company may be a suitable option. We will be happy to arrange for a transport company that specialises in works of art. The transport costs will be charged to you directly by MBE or the relevant shipping company.
